Keto Loco is all about offering tasty meals that are not only gluten free and low carb but are filled with healthy fats, fresh produce, and sustainable protein.

Our business evolved around the concept of being able to enjoy a healthy gluten free, keto lifestyle even when you are busy and just need to grab a quick meal from your freezer without worrying about being kicked out of ketosis. Our meals are also perfect if you are following an LCHF diet or you are a Coeliac. 

Keto Loco’s range of products gives you the opportunity to stock your fridge for the week with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We only manufacture gluten free, keto friendly/low carbohydrate meals. All our products have under 8 total carbs per meal to help you stay in ketosis without checking your macros. We include true keto fats and exclude inflammatory oils such as canola and sunflower oils.  

There are many different theories and studies around how much fats, carbs, and proteins you should consume while on a Ketogenic Diet. Your protein intake varies with your age and how much you exercise. Some people can eat more carbohydrates than others while remaining in ketosis.

In a  nutshell, most of our meals are very low in total carbs, high in healthy fats and moderate in proteins. The ketogenic lifestyle is not for everyone. Please research the benefits before embarking on this long-term journey.
